Naturally Green
Our building process allows us to minimize waste, up to 40% less than a site built home. Lumber cut-offs not large enough to use in the home are used in wood burning furnaces to heat the plants in the winter. Drywall scrap is provided to local farmers to improve their soil conditions, sawdust is made available for livestock bedding, and vinyl and other scrap materials are put in bins and sent back for recycling. In a site-built home, most of this scrap ends up in land-fills.
Controlled Environment
Every home is built inside our climate controlled facilities. You never have to worry about your unfinished home being exposed to the outside elements during the construction process. There are no weather related delays and our crews don’t have to rush to finish a job “before the bad weather hits”.
Higher Quality Standards
Your home is built indoors in a controlled environment with stringent quality control standards in place. Every home is engineered to meet or exceed local and state building codes. We even offer a limited 10-year structural warranty on every All American® home.
Move In Faster
All American Homes® can often deliver a home just weeks after receiving your order. A few weeks later you could be moving into your home. The construction process is so much faster thanks to our Parallel Construction™. Your site work is completed while your home is simultaneously built in one of our construction facilities. This efficiency is simply not possible with a site built home.
