All American Homes Disaster Relief Information

The recent rash of destructive tornados, especially those in Colorado and Iowa where we have construction facilities have caused us pause.  Many homes have been destroyed, some lives have been lost and hundreds of families are unexpectedly homeless.  We should help somehow.  As concerned corporate citizens and neighbors we are in a unique position to help provide needed shelter quickly. After all, we are homebuilders.

Prompted by these storms and a genuine desire to reach out and help our neighbors we will now offer a Homeowner Disaster Relief Program to anyone who loses a home in a natural disaster or fire in any market in the thirty-five states in which we do business.

Should you be in the unfortunate situation to need this assistance we hope you will call us.  We realize the impact these devastating storms have on families, especially the children, and we pledge to do our very best to help your family rebuild fast and economically.  If we can use your existing foundation, we will.  If you need help planning a new home, we’ll provide it.  If you’d like to visit one of our construction facilities to see how we do what we do, you’re invited!  And we’ll be ready when you are.

We know these are uncertain times for all of the homeowners affected by these storms.  We know you need and want to get your lives back to normal as quickly as possible.  We’ll be honored to play a role in making that happen.

The program highlights are:

• We will build a new home quickly on either your existing foundation or on a new one if necessary.
  
  
• You will receive a $2/square foot rebate check from All American Homes.
  
  
• Our participating, independent, local builder will reduce his price to you by a similar $2/square foot rebate for a total savings of $4/square foot.
  
  
• We will waive customary order deposits and construction deposits with appropriate, written assurances from an insurer that the destroyed home was adequately covered and by a lender that the new home will be financed.
  
  
• We will treat your replacement home as a top priority and place it ahead of existing homes for drafting and construction to minimize the time you are displaced.
