Orlando, Fla – All American Homes® is pleased to announce it is showcasing its best-selling Georgetown Elite, ranch-style home at the International Builder's Show (IBS) in Orlando, Florida, at the Orange County Convention Center from January 11-14, 2006.
All American Homes of Rutherfordton, North Carolina, began construction on the show home in mid-December. The three-module home will arrive over 90% complete when shipped to the Orlando Convention Center on January 2nd. The balance of the site- related work will be completed within the next few days-just in time for opening day of the 2006 International Builders Show on January 11th.
The Georgetown Elite
All American Homes reports that the Georgetown Elite is one of the top selling models offered by the company in a 35-state market area. As part of the company's Classic Series homes that also include Cape Cods and two-story models, the Georgetown Elite remains a best seller because it's a contemporary ranch-style home with the design flexibility and floor plans sought after in today's mid-sized home market.
Mike Donley, marketing manager for All American Homes, stated that the company chose the Georgetown Elite to showcase, "the livability and flexibility of an All American Home" to builders, developers and architects. Donley explained that All American Homes' message is that systems-built housing allows them to truly "Take Control" of the entire construction process.
"The Georgetown Elite takes the basic designs of our Georgetown ranch and enhances the home with new footprints, floor plans, and elevations unique to homes of this size. We've also added larger great rooms and devoted more space to the owner bedrooms and baths to make these homes very comfortable," he said.
"The Georgetown Elite has all the room, amenities, and design flexibility for developers and builders interested in mid-range developments and sub-divisions. Combine this with the fact that this home shipped in three modules and was totally set, finished and decorated-with the fine help of our supplier partners-in just eight days and you can see we offer a winning proposition. Fewer problems and hassles associated with raw material costs, construction schedules, labor costs and shortages, and even setbacks caused by the weather, are additional benefits we provide to our builder network.
The show home is a 2,000 square foot ranch, featuring 2 x 6 exterior walls, nine-foot ceilings, three bedrooms, two and one-half baths, and a front loading two car garage. The dining room and owner bedroom are accented with trey ceilings. There is fine ceramic flooring in many rooms. The great room features three large, eight-feet wide, Andersen patio doors that provide excellent light and easy access to the deck.
