The Signature Series – The flagship of the AAH brand, these homes are designed with a variety of floor plans and architectural styles from which builders and homeowners can design a truly unique "signature" home. The Signature Series is built with the variety of floor plans, elevations and sizes to compete head-to-head with the top custom home market of today. There are six basic home designs in the Signature Series homes.

The Rockbridge – a Cape Cod style 2,913 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, one and one half story with full dormer treatment.
The Princeton – A larger Cape style home in the series is the 2,985 to 3,439 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
The Belmont – a 2,077 to 2,157 three bedroom 2.5 bath dormered ranch design.
The Hawthorne – Features three distinct two-story elevations ranging in styles from Traditional to Prairie and starts at 2,603 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
The Brentwood – This large 4 bedroom, 3.5 baths home is a traditional colonial design with the option of two elevations-one with dormers.
The Carlisle – With traditional or contemporary elevations available, this two-story, gabled home is a truly flexible offering with 10 floor plan variations to choose from.

The Classic Series Homes – This Series features all the best selling All American Ranches, Cape Cods, and Two Story homes offered at mid-range level pricing. The Classic Series offers consumers and builders the flexibility of a wide array of models, elevations, additions, and floor plans.

Ranches – The Classic Series Ranch homes feature three brand new models for 2006: The Manchester, a 2,223 to 2552 square foot, 3 bedroom home with a large great room, the Lakewood, a 1770 to 1806 square foot, 3 bedroom home with an elegant owner bedroom suite and great room, and The Madison Elite, a 1,981 to 2,229 square foot, 4 bedroom home adds a new twist to the very popular Madison line. Also included are the Georgetown, the Georgetown Elite--three and four bedroom contemporary homes with front facing two car garages in a staggered dormer design. Other ranch designs include the Madison, the Morgan in 2, 3, and 4 bedroom configurations from 995 to 2,228 square feet.
Cape Cods – The popular Classic Series Cape Cod designs offer the widest variety of floor plans in the Classic Series in homes from 1,105 to over 3,000 square feet. The Kingston with its optional covered or wrap-around porches reminiscent of classic southern homes, to the open windows and vistas perfect for waterfront living in the Bayshore, there is a Classic Cape Cod for every family. New for 2006 is the Kingston Elite, a 2,727 square foot home with a large family room on the main level and a wonderful loft upstairs. The Alpine series offers six floor plans with plenty of open spaces and beautiful curb appeal.
Two Story – The Classic two stories represent some of the most popular and time tested home designs in the All American line. With seven base model floor plans to choose from ranging from 1,787 to 3,127 square feet, builders prefer these best selling two stories because of their traditional style and architectural flexibility. New for 2006 is the Camden. A 2,221 square foot home with 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and plenty of space for entertaining or relaxing. The balance of the two story homes includes the Trenton, Charleston, Cambridge, Talmadge, Orleans, and the Taunton. Lots of variety with the "just right" home waiting for every home buyer.

The Spirit of America Series – The Spirit of America Series is an economically minded offering with all of the quality of every All American Home. The series features 12 floor plans in the ranch style, five Cape Cod style homes, and four two story offerings. By limiting the available options and the floor plan modifications on these homes, the company has positioned the Spirit of America Series as a more standard, production friendly product-thus driving the price down. A smaller price tag, but every bit an All American home.

Ameri-Log – One of the fastest growing segments of the company is its log home division-Ameri-Log Homes. Dozens of offerings range from a 774 square-foot cabin to luxurious 3,000 square-foot log homes. Ameri-Log homebuyers benefit from the luxury and rustic feel of a true log home, greater flexibility in interior finishes, and the lightning fast construction and structural integrity of the All American Homes systems-built process.

Ameri-Log Luxury Log Homes – These luxurious log homes feature 2x6 framing sided with an exterior of the finest northern white cedar-nature's aristocrat of woods. Eight basic floor plans range from traditional western cabin styles to contemporary lodge style homes. Home designs for 2006 include the Cedar Ridge, Timber Ridge, Brook View, Lake View, Mountain View, Canyon View, Pine Ridge and Oak Ridge. Sizes range from 1,104 square feet two bedroom designs, to full sized 2,996 square feet three and four bedroom models. Ameri-log Cabins – Designed in twelve distinct configurations and floor plans, the 2006 Ameri-Log cabins are the perfect rustic getaways for lakefront living, hunting and fishing camps or other remote locations. Built on the same production lines as the larger luxury Ameri-Log homes, these cabins are crafted with the same quality and attention to detail. Cabins range from one bedroom, one-story 774 square feet efficiencies with open concept kitchen and great room, to deluxe two story 1,283 square feet three bedroom homes for full family living.

Vacation Homes – These compact quality homes are built in simple ranch and Cape Cod designs to provide cozy getaway lakefront cottages or remote vacation retreats. Ranging from 774 to 1,482 square feet of living space, these open designs are built with the casual lifestyle in mind. There are eight distinctive styles to choose from.

Narrow Lot Homes – The perfect solution for urban infill projects, neighborhood lot home replacement, or narrow waterfront easements, this series of eight styles and floor plans, in both one and two story designs, offer compact and practical housing to small lot footprints. These homes are available in sizes from just over 1,000 square feet in a variety of single story models, to 1,782 square feet in two-story designs.

Multi-Family Housing – From retirement villages to institutional housing and investment properties, All American Homes offers the Richmond Series of multi-family housing. Placing special attention on engineering homes that share one site while maintaining privacy, many of these homes use the non-living space of a built in garage to separate the units.
